I was there last month on vacation. They have all these electronics and perfume/cologne shops on Flagler street. You go into their electronics shops browsing and they always try to pull one over on you. They pass off a refurbished camera or laptop as new. They don't even trust the customers. You have to give them your bag to hold before entering their shops. My brother-in-law warned me about them.
